Bulletin Board Upload

Use the link below to send a JPEG to the NPPA23 coordinator to be included in the Public Access bulletin board.  30 words or less. JPEG dimensions to be 800 pixel wide by 600 pixels deep.  Text should not run to the end of the image or it will be cut off.  Avoid very bright red images as the Time Warner Cable signal will not handle it well.
